After we made our roll-ups we did the advertising for this exciting new product!!Then wew designed the packaging .They look pretty professional.

Art Gallery Visit

Last Friday we went to the Art Gallery . Mr Neumegen showed us some of the pictures that were hanging there and he talked about the shapes ,colours and tones.He also said how pictures from the past are so different to those of today.We saw some videos of old ads all to do with food .Then we did our pop art. We think our efforts are amazing.

Roll ups

We have been looking at all sorts of ways to preserve food and we tried dehydrating. We chose different fruit and mixed them with carrot and honey .Then the mixture went into the dehydrater for 12 hours.When they were finished we rolled them up and then tried them .Some people loved them, some said they quite liked them and others didn't like them at all !!!It all depended on the mix of fruit. It was fun though.

Mr Hens Journey

Once upon a time there lived a hen. He was a pretty ugly hen who smelt yucky. No one liked him so he set off on a journey to Smelly Hen Land. He bought a map from Mr. Hens Hen Shop. He read the map.He set off on his journey to this land. He walked 8 miles to the Dungeon of Dragons to get the Sword of Spears. The cave was dark, but in the distance he could just make out the shape of the sword, so he ran to it and collected it. But just then his foot steps woke the dragon up so he ran out with the Dragon right behind him. He leapt out of the cave still clutching his sword. He ran to his space ship and flew all of the way to slay the two headed dog and before you know it he was face to face with it. With a mighty leap the hen jumped up on to one of his heads and chopped it off but it wasn’t the one with the brain in it so he jumped on to the other one but slipped off it and fell on to the ground with a great big thump!! Just then the hen had an idea, he threw his sword at the head but it just flopped onto the ground with a plonk. He jumped up again with the sword and stabbed the dog in the neck. It fell on to the ground. He hopped in to the Heart of Gold(his ship) and flew off to the land of smelly hens.
