The class were excited to try our latest science experiment with Mr Davy. Over the week there have been pinhole cameras made and colour wheels and most recently looking at the colours in bubbles. It was fun and interesting to try and make the biggest bubbles that we could.
We are using this blog to keep everyone up to date with what is happening in our room.

A morning at the Edgar Centre
S2 waited patiently for our bus which finally arrived and took us to the Edgar Centre. We were in 10 groups and mixed in with other schools and all sorts of activities.
There were soccer skills, hockey, athletics, basketball, netball and that was just a few. We had 5 rotations before morning tea and 2 more after. We were all a bit tired on the bus coming home but enjoyed our day and the new people we met.

Cross Country
What a great day we had on Tuesday for our cross country. The weather was mild , the sun was shining and everyone was all set and ready to run! We left school at 11.30 and settled in at Chingford Park to have lunch. The juniors started their races after 12 and we had our races about 1pm.
All the children ran well and tried hard and completed the whole course.
Congratulations to everyone and a special mention to those children who were in the first 3 in their races.
Special Visitor
It was exciting to have Ralph visit us and everyone enjoyed patting him and watching him in our room. We all think Ralph is pretty special.

A New Term
Welcome to Inoke .We are sure he will enjoy being in S2.
We have been looking at different experiments and in these pictures you can see that we added food colouring to different types of milk and then added a "mystery" liquid. It was quite exciting watching the colours all swirl around. We wondered which milk caused the colous to swirl the most and we found out that blue top is best for this experiment.
