Maths

Sometimes its hard to understand about fractions so Shelley and Simone took their maths group to the
staff room to share out a pizza. It was a fun way to get a good idea idea of fractions. 

         

Authors

The senior school went to the library and listened to Ruth Paul and Stacy Grigg talk about writing books. Stacy Grigg was really interesting and spoke about the exciting places she lived in which were the settings for her stories. Ruth Paul gave us advice about how to write books and we really liked the play that we got to do. We also had a tour around the library. It was a

really good trip.

We have been in the newspaper twice lately. We were at the Public Library listening to some authors in one picture and then there was the photo taken in our adventure playground with Mr McKenzie.
