Super trip to the supermarket !!

On Thursday we walked down to the New World Supermarket at the Gardens. We were met by Jessica who had visited school on Tuesday and Wednesday to talk to us about healthy food. We were in groups with a parent and we all had a worksheet to complete. Our main aim was to find out how much sodium, sugar and fat were in different products.

At the end of our visit we were surprised to be given a lunch box and a magnetic meal planner from the supermarket which was really nice of them. We enjoyed our visit a lot and would like to thank the supermarket for letting us visit.
